Some of you know my friend Melanie and her son, Jamie. For her birthday, she has asked for donations to be made to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home. This is a great cause, and to make things easier for you, she has created a JustGiving page for him.

It is with joy that I announce the first Kalorie (London incarnation) promotional video! Please do take a look and meet the band. I must declare my interests at this point - Clare on lead guitar is my girlfriend. They're a great band though, and are doing very well in the London rock scene.
